Powder Coating Process

Powder coating uses the electrostatic adhesion function to apply one layer of special thermal setting resin powder on the stringently treated aluminum profile surface; then through high temperature curing, the powder coated aluminum profile is formed. There are a variety of color choices.

Our powder coating lines are the most advanced and computer-controlled automatic production lines in the world. The high quality thermal-setting polyester powder imported from Europe enables the powder coated profile to have the following features.

Powder Coating Features
  • Rich color and a full range of specifications; can produce aluminum profiles of up to 200 different colors according to the International Color Standards.
  • Good corrosion-resistance and anti-salt spray performance.
  • Good weathering-resistance performance. The coating can stay non-pulverized for over 30 years, the gloss loss rate and the color change factor can meet top standards.
  • Good anti-abrasion performance, pencil hardness = 2H.
  • Anti-mortar corrosion and flexible maneuverability.
  • Perfect coat adhesion. No cracking when bent and to be easily processed into all kinds of shapes.
  • The aluminum surface is free from greasy substance. Convenient to clean.
  • The use of factory cast aluminum ingots guarantees accurate composition and stable quality.
